What do I need as a player?
Install the Wurm Client Mod Launcher.

Run the patcher.bat in your client launcher once you have installed these and you're ready to go, if you connect to the server and see question mark bags everywhere after a minute or two, something went wrong! :D

Changes and Settings for those who care for the DEEP META! (Tyrfang's Scribblings of Ancient Wisdom)

DusKombat : Carefully balanced and Combat Rating 1 with everything working well!
Regional Ores / Resources : The map itself contains regional resources including all the types of trees, stone and metal. This doesn't prevent you from changing that, terraforming is a very fun aspect of the game!
Archaeology : In addition to the tweaks and mods, moon metals can be discovered through high level archaeology.
Quests / Hidden Caches / Treasures : There are quests, hidden caches and treasures to discover around the map, but you must do the right action to reveal them! Generally, opening something that is hidden will reveal its treasure and place the treasure inside the container. Examining an item will search it in further detail (possibly triggering a trap, summoning a monster, granting a hidden item, performing an interesting action or any combination thereof!) Examining and items and NPCs is the only way to find hidden caches and activate quests or skill trainers!
Some containers must be opened to have their hidden contents revealed, then must be looted!

HigherFoodAffinities: Increases the potency of food affinity skill gains from 10% to 30%.
​
Electrum : 3% attack speed , 10% enchant , 0.99 difficulty rating , armor 5% extra DR , 10% shatter resistance
Steel: 3% dmg , 3% more action speed , takes 20% less dmg , armor 3% extra DR
Copper: 5% enchant ( useful for things like expand / refill on copper cauldrons / stills etc.)
Adamantine: 10% dmg , 0.98 difficulty rating , armor 7% extra DR , takes 60% less dmg
Glimmersteel: 10% attack speed 4% more action speed , armor 10% extra DR , takes 40% less dmg
Bronze : gives 5% bonus to lockpicks , 2% attack speed
All items get at least 2-3 times more dmg to encourage having more tools or re-imping/sharpening service from blacksmith/weaponsmith etc.
Archery improved / shooting speed scales up to 3 sec instead of 5 sec
does do dmg against uniques but glances still appear.
Alchemy : potion cooldown only 30 sec and addiction just 60 sec ( you still have some addiction effect if you spam it )
buff potions duration up to 50 minutes / weapon oils are 10 minutes and stack with enchants.
Skill Books and Trainers : gives 0.01% of QL the book skill gain a 99 quality means at 50 skill it would give you +0.5 at 60 , 0.4 at 70 0.3 at 80 0.2 90 0.1 per book you can write your own books later (quality depends on skill you write).

NPC buyers : Newhaven spawn buys all kind of stuff , later you need to travel to search for the higher quality specialist ones , each town has something they desire more or higher quality buyers.
Halloween mod : gravestones can spawn but there much harder and require a grp (if you cheese it prepare for some misfortune)

Movemod : you run 15% faster / Boatmod: you sail twice as fast and aren't as affected by wind.

Dungeons: there 4 type of currency you can earn via killing creatures! Dwarven, Elven, Atlantean and Lemurian favor.
​
Custom weapons : Fancy new weapons for early and late game!
​
Tree farm : you can water plants to make them grow faster , and use ash to make fruit trees gives fruits after some hours.

Survivalmod : just don't drink sea water and you'll be fine, no temperature stuff.
​
Wyvernmods : several tweak inside there to many to list (glimmerscale armor will be obtainable)
​
Spellcraft / Spell Resist Removal: all priest can use basic damage spell like ice shard , rotten guts . as a semi caster spell 5 seconds 5 favor and does not apply spell resistance on enemy!
Rift Events : End game rift events can be discovered and with enough sacrifice, you will face legions of ancient enemies and the rewards will be bountiful in exchange for your victories!
